How long will it take to receive my order?

All our products are handmade as they are ordered and will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please allow us 7-10 business days, during the holidays and sale events and new product launches. 

Can I return or exchange my order? 

Due to the nature of our handmade products, all sales will be final. We do want you to be happy with your products you receive. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out at info@tinyfinnco.com. Please see full return and exchange form here. 

How do I know what size to order? 

All wrists are different sizes and will vary on each person. We suggest measuring your child's wrist with a soft ruler or a string. Please see our size guide template for exact sizing recommendations here.

What happens if my jewelry breaks? 

If your bracelet breaks, please contact us at info@tinyfinnco.com. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but we do understand that things happen. Read our Customer Standard policy here.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We understand that this may happen. If you receive your products and they are the wrong size, please contact us at info@tinyfinnco.comYou can mail your bracelets back and we can adjust the size. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with adjusting to the correct size. There is a $10 restocking fee to compensate for extra materials and time. PLEASE make sure to measure to ensure that this can be avoided, but we are here to help if this does happen! 

What if my chain necklace/bracelet is wrong size?

Our chain jewelry is FINAL sale and cannot be returned or modified. The chain is cut to the size you order and we are not able to adjust the length once it is cut! PLEASE make sure to measure and to double check to ensure the right size is cut and ordered!

What if I receive a damaged item?

We test each product for quality control, but we understand that mistakes happen. If you received a damaged or broken item, please contact us at info@tinyfinnco.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

What carrier do you ship with?

We use USPS for all orders. 

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We hope to one day offer this to everyone, but if you have questions about international shipping, please contact us at info@tinyfinnco.comWe would be happy to work with you on an individual basis, but you will be responsible for all shipping cost associated with international shipping.
