At Tiny Fin Co, we are dedicated to providing high-quality jewelry and exceptional customer service. To ensure the longevity and satisfaction of your purchase, we offer the following repair policy:

Repairs Covered by Tiny Finn Co:

1. Manufacturing Defects:

  • Issues such as faulty clasps, broken chains, defective beading, or malfunctioning components dues to manufacturing flaws. 

2. Order Errors:

  • Mistakes such as receiving the wrong size or missing items from your order.

Repair NOT Covered by Tiny Finn Co:

1. Incorrect Measurements:

  • Please verify your desired size and measurements carefully as we do not cover mis-measured items

2. Customer Alterations:

  • Any items that have been altered by the customer.

3. Accidental Damage:

  • Damage resulting from incidents such as tugging, impact, theft, or loss.

4. Wear and Tear:

  • Damage from regular use, including but not limited to, wire breakage from excessive bending or pulling, fading due to exposure to water or chemicals, and general wear over time.

 

Repair Process: 

1. Initiating a Repair:

  • To request a repair, please contact us at info@tinyfinnco.com with a detailed description of the issue and a photo of the item.

2. Shipping Costs:

  • You will be responsible for both shipping to and from our warehouse. 

3. Restocking Fee:

  • There will be a $10 restocking fee for materials used and time associated with repairing jewelry. This will be waived if it is a manufacturing defect.

4. Repair Time:

  • Repair times may vary depending on the nature of the issue. We will provide an estimated completion time once the item is received and assessed.
